Peakstone Capital, a real estate investment, management and development company headquartered in Singapore. We invest in residential, office and retail core real assets, redevelopment projects and greenfield residential developments in developed markets across Asia-Pacific.

At Peakstone Capital, our corporate values drive our actions. We focus on off-market transactions, risk management and active asset management to maximise the value of our portfolio of assets. The pandemic in 2020 has created opportunities for us paving the way for future expansion. We added a number of assets to our portfolio in 2020, including the following assets:

• Our Hong Kong subsidiary Farzon acquired Eight Kwai Fong, a residential asset in Happy Valley, Hong Kong in June 2020.
• Our Australia subsidiary Peakstone acquired a A$530 million commercial property in Sydney, NSW, in December 2020

In the near term focus, we plan to focus on opportunities in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia’s property markets. Singapore’s property market has stayed resilient despite the pandemic, and we continue to assess expanding our footprint in Singapore. We believe this is a key market that can provide sustainable returns.

We expect the Hong Kong capital market to remain dynamic, supporting continued investment in the property market. We will continue focusing on value creation in our Australia portfolio following a significant acquisition in Sydney at the end of 2020.
