Dexus today announced that it has conditionally exchanged contracts to sell 45 Clarence Street, Sydney.
The sale will realise net proceeds of $530 million, which is consistent with the property’s book value at 31 December 2019 and supports the strong investment demand for prime quality office assets in the Sydney CBD.

45 Clarence Street transaction was settled with Dexus on 18 December 2020.

Eight Kwai Fong is a 139 unit residential designer studio and one-bedroom apartment block. This residential development was purchased from New World for HK$1.2 billion in 2020. Centaline is the appointed sole agent for the sale of the units.
中原地產獲遠中集團委託獨家銷售及租賃代理黃泥涌 EIGHT KWAI FONG HAPPY VALLEY，涉及139伙，其中69伙將會出售，其餘單位將會放租。
項目位於黃泥涌桂芳街8號，原為新世界服務式住宅項目遠中集團香港區資產管理部總經理黃今證表示，集團於今年初向新世界購入139伙，涉資逾12億元，現正進行翻新工程和首輪銷售。
